Senator Taylor moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 233(FIN) am. Senator Pearce objected. Senator Duncan called the Senate. The call was satisfied. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 8. Objections were heard. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Kelly was required to vote.
